Breaking the Girls (2012) | Storyline:

Breaking the Girls 18+ Film BluRay: Two college women, Sara and Alex, make a twisted agreement after stress in their personal lives: they will kill each other’s archenemies and never be suspected for the right murder, getting away with two crimes. As they grow closer, the tension between them turns sexual, and then to something deeper. However, when only one of the women goes through with it and begins to set the other up to be framed for murder, she realizes if she’s going to stay out of jail, she’s going to have to come up with a plot just as twisted of her own.

Breaking the Girls Full Movie Sara, a college student who was slandered by a classmate, finds herself framed for murder by Alex, who initially proposed the perfect, untraceable crime.

Breaking The Girl doesn’t give away its complexity in just its title alone – it is an engaging film full of twists and turns, guaranteed to keep audiences watching until its conclusion. Alex (Madeline Zima), is a rich college chick who exhibits some obvious character flaws while Sara (Agnes Bruckner), an underprivileged scholarship student is at odds with Alex and there are steamy scenes between the two with plotting of murder between them as well. Does Breaking The Girl sound familiar? In essence, it resembles some elements in Wild Things movie(s).

Although both films share similarities, I personally enjoyed Breaking The Girls more. Not simply due to my love for Zima or director Jamie Babbitt – rather its story was actually rather good; unlike Wild Things which relies heavily on archetypes for character development purposes alone; Breaking The Girls plays with these same archetypes but plays around them by shifting focus frequently throughout its narrative until viewers think they understand everything that’s going on within its pages.
