Receiving generally negative reviews from critics as well as only grossing $164 Million worldwide against an initial budget of $115 Million; box office figures do not bear out these expectations either way!

After being betrayed by her wicked sister Ravenna (Charlize Theron), Freya (Emily Blunt) retreats to a northern kingdom to establish an army of huntsmen as protectors against Ravenna. Armed with the ability to freeze enemies into ice, Freya instructs her soldiers never to fall in love; when Eric (Chris Hemsworth) and Sara defy this rule, Freya takes swift measures against them, only for Eric and Sara eventually join forces to end Ravenna’s wicked reign over Freya.
