[18+] The Boy Next Door (2015) Hindi Dubbed [Dual Audio]

This erotic thriller featuring Jennifer Lopez ranks among my worst experiences recently. While some critics may panne it and still find some enjoyment out of watching, this flick was certainly NOT one. The actors were inexcusable (especially at its conclusion), plot holes aplenty, and the script was pretty chaotic all throughout; likening its content to those found in Fatal Attraction or American Psycho.

Jennifer Lopez portrays Claire, a mother who’s facing marital trouble and teaching English at a high school. A young man named Noah moves next door and befriends Kevin; after sharing sexual encounters, his relationship escalates into obsessive devotion which manifests into violent outbursts such as brutally attacking another student or turning Kevin away from his own father.

Every scene was predictable in this movie; no moments of surprise or anything remotely terrifying were to be found anywhere within its narrative. Instead, we get mostly nude shots of Jennifer Lopez’s body, along with gratuitous sexual scenes that provided nothing new or novel for audiences to watch out for.
