Erotic Ghost Story Full Movie Review:

Not even Hong Kong cinema has reached parity when it comes to gender representation – yet. While occasionally female nudity appears, time after time the camera lingers on whatever breast may be nearby in each scene – amateurish film-making at best and far from sexualizing any storyline!

Sex in this movie is seen as something bad; So So’s teacher warns her against engaging in seductive behavior by proclaiming when So So begins seducing him, that she must remain pure and not indulge in such acts despite their warnings against this activity. Although his warning may seem accurate; she’s unmarried to him so her actions do not represent love but more likely self-satisfying lust which they ought to abstain from doing anyway.
